  • ISO/TS 16949: This standard is developed by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) for the establishment and implementation of a QMS for the automotive industry supply chain.   • ISO 13485: This international standard is for QMS in the medical device industry. It is designed to help medical device industry organizations ensure that their products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Internal Control Standards and Audit System

In addition to external qualification certifications, Wells has implemented a rigorous set of internal control standards based on our 10 years of experience to provide higher certification standards than what is required by external qualifications. These quality control standards are stored in various data files and are implemented at every stage and station of the manufacturing process, including program files, declaration of conformity, static control process, quality management manual, manufacturing schedule, production record standard document, material inspection specification, and job description.

These procedures ensure that our products meet customer requirements at every stage of the manufacturing process, from supplier selection to production inspection to outgoing inspection and customer service. Our dedicated customer service team is available 24/7 and proactively communicates with customers about their product manufacturing progress and any issues encountered during production. We also organize technical and engineering personnel from both parties to discuss technology and design.

Additionally, our expert team reviews project problems, solves project difficulties, and provides technical support. This proactive approach has helped many customers identify and optimize design problems, ultimately improving product development and marketing speed while reducing costs associated with production and design.
