| Our Sales will communicate with you and collect your basic information and share with our purchase team to make sure our team fully understand your demands for quality and cost. | ||

| Purchase team will work on your Bom list,collecting the best cost from our reliable suppliers and official agent for you. | All of the equivalent parts will be required to 100% confirm with our clients to make sure the specifications are acceptable. We will remarks with full part-number and attached datasheet for client’s reference. | |
| Formal Quotation |
| Our Sales share formal quotation with you after our quoter has all cost ready. | ||
| Contract Agreement |
| Once you accepted our price and terms, please ask for PI from our sales to start our cooperation | ||
In processing | Production Proceed |
| Our project manager will arrange your production once we received your payment. | |
| Engineering checking |
| Our PCB engineer,Bom engineer and DFM Engineer will give further checking for your Gerber file, Bom list and Assembly manual to make sure there is no common error in the production files. | ||
| EQ EQ feedback | If there is any common error in the production files, we will will confirm with you by an EQ form. | |||
| Production & status |
| Once production started, we will keep you up to date:PCB done, components collection done, Assembly schedule and estimate delivery date. | If your project requires IC programming and functional testing before delivery, our project manager will translate your instrustion and the testing workers will be trained to familar all steps, testing steps and results will be confirmed with you via a video, our team will make sure all of your instructions will be listen and follow and 100% passed the test. All defective issues and reasons will be recorded and share with you for further improving action. | |
| Delivery&Shipment |
| Once production finished, we will arrange shipment immediately and share packing list,Invoice, waybill. Keep an eye until it safely delivered to your destinations. | ||
After-sales | After-sales services |
| We will always listen and react immediately if there is any failure happens in our PCBA. A very quick solution will be offered within 5mins to make sure our client’s benefit never lose. | |
